This Program is for new members only and is specifically designed for 7th, 8th and 9th grade athletes to learn the fundamentals of strength training that will prepare them for future success.

How Does it Work?
- Athletes will receive their 3-day/week beginner program designed by Iron Athlete
- Our Coaches will provide high level instruction on safety, form, technique and proper weight selection every time your athlete trains
- There will be 8 available time slots Monday-Thursday to choose from during our Sport Performance Hours to complete their 3 training days each week You choose your days and times each week to accommodate your schedule!
