Speed & Power for Athletes

Our Speed & Agility classes are more than just sweaty movement around cones and through ladders.  We combine Building Strength and Explosiveness, Developing Technique, and Increasing Mobility among other things to make quicker and more powerful athletes.

During the 60-minute sessions, we focus on:

  • Reaction time
  • Reaction ability
  • Acceleration
  • Deceleration
  • Body Control
  • Change of direction
  • Mobility

When:  Tuesdays / Thursdays  7pm
