Come join us at Iron Athlete where our goal is to improve all facets of your speed, including: Linear Speed, Explosion, Change of Direction, Accelleration/Deceleration, Multi-Directional Agility, and Plyometrics.
At these sessions, participants will also learn body mechanics of the running athletes including: Sprinting Form, Explosive First Steps, and Deceleration and Landing to help decrease the potential for injuries like ACL tears.
